Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions of Brodit Benelux (GCC Global B.V.).

Article 1 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made via shop.brodit.nl, operated by GCC Global B.V., based in Almere (the Netherlands).

Article 2 — Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website (iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer).

Article 3 — Delivery

Orders placed before 4 pm on working days are shipped the same day. Standard delivery time within the Benelux is 1 working day. Free shipping on orders over €125.

Article 4 — Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Article 5 — Warranty

All Brodit products come with a manufacturer's warranty. In the event of defects in materials or workmanship, the product will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Article 6 — Liability

GCC Global B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation or use of the products. Installation instructions must always be followed.

Article 7 — Complaints

You can report complaints about products or services to contact@brodit.nl. We aim to handle complaints within 5 working days.

Article 8 — Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland (the Netherlands).
